How can I track my order?

You may check the progress of your order on the Track My Order page. You will receive an email notification containing tracking info when your order has been shipped.

What payment methods are accepted?

How can I change my order?

Please fill out the contact form to update your order. We can correct your shipping address, quantity of items, names, etc. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to correct your order.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at services@design1prints.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

Will my personal information kept private?

All customer information that you share with us is kept completely private and confidential. We do not share, rent or sell your personal information.

Can I place an order over the phone?

At this time, we can only process orders online through our website. We cannot process payments over the phone due to potential security issues. Orders placed online are secure and all data encrypted with AES 256-bit SSL.

Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Answer We will send you an email at the time your return package is processed.

How can I do an exchange?

All packages must be mailed to us as returns and will be processed as refunds. If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail back your item for a refund, then place a new order with us at any time.

If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?

if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.

If I receive a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items, what should I do?

Answer Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 Business Days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a Return/Exchange. Please email service@design1prints.com for assistance.) Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer service support team (service@design1prints.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
